Business and community leaders serve on the Board of Directors of the Sacramento Transportation Management Association to guide TMA policy and programs.

Marilyn Bryant has been executive director of the TMA since 1989, providing consistent transportation assistance targeted to members' needs.  Involved in Sacramento's business and transportation community for 19 years, she shares her information and expertise with TMA members, saving them valuable staff time to devote to their primary business.

The Sacramento TMA is funded by membership dues, which pay for member programs, services and staff.  Members pay annual dues of $250 to $5,000, based on the number of employees.

Welcome to the New Commuter Club

When you logged in, we asked if your home-to-work commute information can be available to people that are looking for a carpool.  No one will ever see your home information or location, but if someone whose work hours are close to yours lives and works near you and is looking for a carpool, and you said when you confirmed your information that you would consider carpooling, that person will be able to send you an email (but they will not get your email address).

If you look for a carpool, you can specify that you only want people that work for your employer, but keep in mind that limits your possible carpool matches.  The best part of this new Commuter Club is that the carpool matching will be done with current maps and technology and, because everyone is being asked to confirm their information, all the people that are possible carpool matches are current.

Keep checking every week, because as people log in and confirm their information, you'll find more and more possible carpool matches.

Remember to keep your information current

New employer, new address, new email?  Don't register again.  Just log in with your usual email address and password, click on My Profile on the left, update your information and then click on Update.
